Billie Design - deliveries Belgium

Webshop Billie Design has a very large GreenGate collection in stock and of course also delivers to customers in Belgium.
An order with an address in Belgium will be shipped with carrier PostNL & BPost via MyParcel.
The shipping costs are 3.95 euros, but for orders above 100 euros your shipping is Free.

So if you have 100 euros in the shopping cart and go to checkout, the shipping costs will be calculated automatically and if the address is in Belgium, the shipping is free. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

An important tip for a shipment to Belgium is to indicate in the address whether it was ordered for Wallonia or Flanders. If necessary, also provide the code of the receiver's bus.

Track package

If we send your package to Belgium, you will receive an e-mail from us with a track & trace code, so that you can follow the package online. You will usually receive this email a few hours after placing the order. It can sometimes take a few hours before the track&trace information is available.
As soon as you have received the package, we will receive another confirmation. This way Billie Design knows that your package has been delivered correctly.

It takes about 1 working day to deliver your order in Belgium. If you order before about 3 p.m., there is a good chance that you will receive your order the next working day. The contract duration with PostNL Belgium & BPost is 1-2 working days.

Delivery days in Belgium

Delivery days are from Tuesday to Saturday between 09:00 and 21:30. Neighbor delivery is allowed by default.

Arrival arrangement

1) Action after 1st offer attempt: a notice will be left with you
2) 2nd offer attempt: the package will be offered again the next working day
3) after 2nd attempt: the package is taken to a Kariboo spot (pickup point). You then have 14 days to collect the package before it is returned to Billie Design. Location guide Kariboo: https://www.kariboo.be/nl

Shipping conditions in Belgium (and the rest of the EU)

The package may have a size of 100 x 70 x 58 cm and the maximum weight is 30 kg. So if your package is heavier, you will receive two packages from us (without additional payment).
Your package is also insured as standard for 500 euros.

If your package has arrived, you should check that everything has arrived the same day. If something has arrived broken, we will resend the product (free of charge). The product must of course be in stock, otherwise we will refund you. All you have to do is email us proof of the broken product per photo.

Payment options for customers from Belgium

Especially for our customers in Belgium, we offer the possibility to pay by Bancontact, Mister Cash. Belgian account holders can easily make online payments via Bancontact. If you bank via Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank, you can pay with us online. Of course it is also possible to pay online via PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro). If none of the payment options are desired, it is of course also possible to transfer the order amount by bank transfer.
